The Company

BTR Capital Group is a logistics and warehousing company located in Baltimore, Maryland. They are a small experienced team, with a focus on “not doing fancy” and instead working 1-1 with clients through a calculated investment strategy.

The Ask

BTR Captial Group was seeking to expand their visibility in the industry through the creation of a website. I provided art direction for the photography shoots taken at the various property locations and designed the new responsive website, using the edited photos thoughtfully throughout the design.

The Approach

To highlight the hands-on approach BTR has to getting the job done, the creative strategy aimed to showcase the actual locations BTR operates through high quality photographs and minimal content. I defined the websites color palette and typography to mimic the industrial nature of the organization – when paired with the one-of-a-kind images it successfully showcases BTR Captial Group as the established company that it is.
